1. Do I really get a free gift?
   
   Yes, every order has the option of selecting a free item from the gift list. There are no minimum requirements for a free gift, but you are rewarded with better gifts by spending more. Spend just $50 to receive a free DVD. You can select your free gift by clicking on the 'Add a free gift to this order' button when you view your shopping cart. Don't forget to make your selection!
    

2. Is my transaction secure?
   
   You can shop with confidence knowing that all transactions are processed on a secure server. Credit Card processing is provided by Right Connection. You will never receive unauthorized charges to your credit card as a result of choosing Right Connection's secure online payment processing as your payment method. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express Credit Card are accepted.
    

3. Do I have to order online?
   
   No. You can:
    

   • Print and mail your order to our warehouse

   • Print and FAX your order to us

   • Phone your order in to one of our Customer Service Specialists

   To order by mail, fax, or phone, please continue the checkout process to the payment section where you will find instructions on how to proceed.
    

4. Will my order arrive discreetly and can I track it?
   
   We know that when you buy adult merchandise you want to make absolutely certain that your order will ship discreetly. All products from our warehouse are shipped with plain non-descript labels. Choose USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method and your package is shipped in USPS packaging. Choose UPS as your shipping method and your package is shipped in brown cardboard packaging. Our packaging NEVER contains our company brand name or logos.
   
   Ship via US Post Office and we will gladly ship your order to your PO Box, you can even track the shipping status of your order with our online tracking system. Ship via UPS and you can track the shipping status of your order through our online tracking system right up to your doorstep!
    

5. Where do you ship to?
   
   We ONLY ship to US, US Territory and APO, FPO addresses. We do not ship to Mississippi, Oklahoma or Utah. Please visit Adult Toy Stash International for shipping to other locations.
