Before I begin, I want to say that I like G-spot orgasms, but I love an orgasm that is both clitoral and G-spot. My favorite way to achieve this is through intercourse while stimulating the clit with a vibrator. However, not all positions work when it comes to hitting the G-spot.

Women are capable of both clitoral orgasms and G-Spot orgasms. Foreplay is generally for clitoral stimulation while sex is for G-spot stimulation. Of course, this isn't always the case as all sorts of combinations can be made of the two. What is important is that the woman is aroused before G-spot stimulation begins or she probably won't have an orgasm during actual intercourse.

The number one, best way for doing this is doggy position or a variation of it. My favorite is to have the woman lean over a piece of furniture, table, etc. but make sure that she is positioned so that the man will be higher when he penetrates. The downward thrust of the penis will hit the G-spot and this position makes it easy for her to use a vibrator at the same time.

The next best would be one of the cowboy positions. The woman is on top and can control where and how hard the stimulation is. This takes some experimentation but works well.

Other postitions can be adapted so that the G-spot gets more stimulation. The key is for the penis to hit the area where the G-spot is located. Experiment and have fun with it!
